When will my order ship?
Because each piece is handmade and may require further personalization, lead time may be 7-14 days until your product’s ship date.
Packages are shipped Priority Mail through USPS.
Return Policy
We want our customers to love our products! If your pieces experienced any damage, or you are unhappy with your piece please contact us through our contact form on the website, and we will work to resolve your issue.
If your package is lost, store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited.
